Came fast, very easy set up for me. No cutting necessary for my window size which was great! Fit right in. It is loud when running on cool so you need to turn tv up quite a bit, but I can live with that. Keeps my 350sq ft liv room cool.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Unit seems to work very well, although the remote control did not work. I notified customer service with no response so that is a little disappointing but otherwise the unit is compact rolls around nicely and seems to cool pretty well. Would love to hear back from customer service and receive a new remote control.
