This is a nice portable Air Conditioner with basic features.This is easy to set up, everything you need is included. It comes with directions that are clear and easy to follow. Can be set up and using in a matter of minutes! We love that it cools off our entire room quickly, and its pretty quiet too! Energy use is 1854.5 Kilowatt Hours Per Year which is very efficient. We love that it is a dehumidifier as well or you can just use it on fan mode! I like the fan mode because it helps move air around in our house! This is a great machine, and its about half the price of similar units that we had checked out. Perfect for a dorm room or upstairs bedroom that gets hot! I ordered this one for my camper, its the perfect size!Very pleased with the quality of this a/c unit! Will definitely order again!

It cools the air really well, but if fills with water and leaks out everywhere. The water comes out of the filters when you drain it. I gave it 2 stars only because it does cool the space. Also my first one came and had a actual prison shank that someone hid in it. I was told to return it, I was sent a new one. Was told start return to get my money back. I did, and they returned my money then 2 months later 300 dollars out of my account. I originally paid 277 dollars including tax. So, I’ve been totally ripped off over this product. Not worth it.

Has an odd foul odor for the first few days of running, and often times the back freezes (at least every other day) where it will need to be thawed and drained before resuming use. absolutely does not cool off more than a room, highly disappointed for the price we paid for this! look elsewhere for a decent portable unit

I never leave reviews, but read them heavily when purchasing (except this time and I regret it) First unit stopped cooling after 1 week, spent 45 minutes in chat with customer service. They sent a replacement unit that took over a week to arrive. Second unit shuts off in less than 24hrs saying it is ââ¬Åfullââ?leaks from the bottom occasionally. And it spits water out with cool air.. struggles to cool down a single apartment bedroom. 10/10 do NOT recommend spend your money elsewhere

Takes a few minutes for the ac to kick on but once it is on, you couldn¡®t be happier. It is affordable compared to other units. A lot more quiet than what I thought it would be. Also keeps it very cool. Only downside, it is a pretty big unit but that is well worth it.

I purchased this july 27th of 2024 and used it one season. I live in Wisconsin so yes the seasons are very short. This year i tried to use it but it only blows out warm air. I went through but they said i need to contact the dealer so they gave me an email. I have now emailed them twice and no response. All i am asking for is a response so i can get this unit working but obviously they do not care about customer support. I will never buy from them again

Easy enough that I questioned why I ever suffered through past summers. The included window kit makes installation a breeze (literally). No drills, no stressââ¬âjust cold air ASAP. Cooling power? Let me put it this way: It took my room from ââ¬ÅFlorida swampââ?to ââ¬ÅAlaska in winterââ?in under 20 minutes. At full blast, it feels like I could host a penguin convention in here. Features? Oh, it is fancy. Auto-swing mode? Check. Remote control? Check. Sleep mode? Double check (so I can freeze comfortably while dreaming of tropical vacations). Also, it is a 3-in-1 unit, meaning I not only get cool air, but a fan and a dehumidifierââ¬âbecause apparently, it wants to fix my life, too. Would I recommend it? Without question. Would I replace my actual friends with this air conditioner? Tempting. 10/10, the best investment for people who believe sweating should be optional.

Bought this a year ago. It was delivered on May 11th, 2023. It’s June 12th, 2024 and I’m exactly one month and a day outside the warranty and this thing is now a $370 fan because it no longer blows cold air. Don’t waste your money on this. Spend a few hundred more and get one from a reputable brand. I would give this no stars, but unfortunately you have to give things at least 1 star to leave a review.

Don¡®t waste your money. I purchased this in 2023. It did a good job with the humidifier function and kept the room cool but very noisy. Now here in 2024 I plugged it in again and followed the directions and nothing works on it. AC doesn¡®t work, humidifier does work and fan turns on and then shuts off after a few minutes. I didn¡®t realize this was a temporary AC unit. I would also like to say that this is a multiple review I have posted as they keep making my revise it for some odd unknown reason. Save your moneyââ?do not buy this item. A simple floor fan would work better.
