If I could give these AC units a ZERO I would. They are NOT quite and can only cool maybe 20 feet infront of the unit. Their customer service is extremly poor and only offered a partial refund on one unit. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE UNITS.

For the price this was an impressive deal. A good low end portable AC, reliable, easy to use and set up. The design is a bit more interesting than your standard portable AC types, with a bit of a flair in the front. Comes in a few color variations as well…the black panel one looks interesting, the one I purchased was all white.So far so good. I would recommend this unit. Especially at this price point.

Does it work? Yes…. But very very LOUD fan. Even on low lowest speed Doubtful it’s inverter technology as advertised also. The compressor kicks on and off hard ÑѤ¦вÐÐвâ¢âпÑ?Did not even bother trying the Wi-Fi setup yet. Likely sending it back…..

This little unit is the perfect size and works great! It gets my room super cold and when I am ready to change the temperature or shut it off I have the Remote Control! It was easy to install and it is so quiet, Love it!

I bought this A/C & the 1st week everything was fine. Cooling was excellent & so far I was pleased until the 2nd week the remote control started to malfunctioning. Then the 3rd week the A/C no longer was working. It stop cooling. I tried everything to make it work again but nothing so I decided to return it. When I received the replacement A/C I noticed they sent me a different one. Same brand not the same one with remote control & it was 5,000 BTU instead of 6,000 BTU. You’ve been warned. Is not worth going through all this headache. Btw, it doesn’t include the wifi feature as described.

The installation directions for having a storm window weren’t as clear as I’d have liked so that added some extra time and problem solving to everything but overall the installation was pretty straightforward and the unit itself is working great. An excellent excellent value. We’re very pleased with it.

Works really well, gave a four star rating due to the lights on the front, light up the entire bedroom, lights should go off after a few minutes, but do not, I have to tape a piece of paper to it to block out the light…

Easy to assemble and works well at first but now has stopped and will not start again.My mistake it stopped because the overflow of condensed water in the bottom needs emptying more frequently.When emptied it continues to work well.
