I had this running in a closed 10×12 room, on the lowest setting, for two days. It didn’t feel like it made any difference, despite being able to feel cold air coming from the unit.

Absolutely terrible product. It will make any humidity problems you have worse even having it on continous draining because it will pause for a period of time and blow hot air back into your room. Most portable ACs are like this and if I had known I would have never bought it. If you have collectibles or books in your room, please settle for a regular window unit. It also blows warm air back into your room so it doesnt cool your room properly. All around a terrible product and waste of money. Settle for a window unit for any type of bedroom space or space with valuables in it.

It was super easy to install, it blows super cold , my room is about 12’ x 14’ . The A/C is not too noisy ( noise is subjective but I’ve had a few different portable a/c’s and this one is truly not too bad !) the instruction come with a phone number and an email for issues or questions . Harvey also has an extended warranty as well that they say is “hassle free” I would definitely recommend this portable A/C !

This fit into my window SO WELL. I’m so excited to see how well this unit does all summer! It made the outside of my house also look a lot nicer bs having a bulky large window unit in there. This is definitely an upgrade from the one previously. It’s not loud. It’s not bulky. It has outstanding performance. I’m extremely happy with this. I love the design. Easy controls. Efficient air movement. Keeps the house cool. (I have a one bedroom apartment and this is more than enough for my place ) excellent value as far as high quality performance. I’m sure this is going to be great all summer. I also wiped it up before using and it was pretty easy to clean also. I really love the sleek design! Cools very quickly.

I live in a 2 story house and the master bedroom gets the afternoon direct sunlight thru the windows, which of course means the heat. Even with central air it’s still a struggle to keep that room cool. This solves that problem nicely.I’ve had the unit for a couple months now but I live up north and I couldn’t test it out till this week when the snow finally melted and we got some warm, sunny days. I couldn’t be happier with the performance.Over the winter I added blackout curtains to the bedroom to help cut down on the heat this summer, and the combination of those curtains and this unit have made my bedroom really comfortable. It’s actually pleasant in the room now.It’s super easy to install and I was able to do it myself rather quickly. All you need is to be within range of an outside window to be able to vent the exhaust air out. The unit comes with everything you need to do that. I didn’t realize when I ordered it that it also is a dehumidifier, so that was a big plus!The noise level is less than the window unit I have been using, though of course it still makes noise. Very tolerable level though, and I’ve had no issues sleeping with it on. It’s actually white noise to me as it muffles any outside noise.The size is perfect for my good sized master bedroom. I have a second bedroom upstairs right across the hall, and I haven’t even been closing the door to the master bedroom and the unit has helped cool that room somewhat as well. I also have 2 fans running whenever I’m in the bedroom and that helps to move the cool air around.The remote control is very handy so I don’t have to get out of bed if I need to make adjustments during the night. I also really appreciate that the buttons on the unit itself are on the top of the machine and not the front or the side. So much easier to use them without having to bend over just to get to them.I’m very impressed with this unit and I’m certain that this summer will be much more pleasant upstairs than last summer was. I trust this brand completely and have purchased many different products from them and would certainly purchase another of these units if I needed to add another to my home. I completely recommend this!

This portable AC does a great job cooling my home office that is one of the hottest rooms in my home. My office is approximately 250 sq ft. This portable AC takes vary little room and is quiet enough that does not distract me. In just a few minutes you can notice the room cooling down. The portable AC is able to cool the room down and cycle so the AC pump does not have to run constantly. This AC is on wheels that roll very well on my hardwood floor. The window kit it comes with includes foam tape and a section of foam sponge seal that fills the gap between the lower window and glass of the upper window. A good seal can avoid waste of power.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.This unit ran the amperage up to 23, when I finally stopped the madness. FYI…a residential outlet will pop your breaker around 14 amps. The unit wasn’t even put together completely. The black front cover was unsealed. You could smell that the unit was overheating and when left to its own devices, it blew out all electricity on the entire floor. We had to go turn several breakers back on. If we’d have left this running, it could’ve set the house aflame but thank God for good breakers. Look at DREO…EVERYTHING ABOUT DREO is customer centered and the great thing…they work so well, you don’t even need support, much less an electrical engineer (like myself) to find the dangers and send back their potential firestarter.Recommendation:DON’T EVEN THINK OF BUYING THIS. GO STRAIGHT TO THE DREO BRAND AND BUY NOW!

So far, it does blow very cold air, so it performs quite well on Utah’s hottest days. Pros: The hose is stretchable and bendable, fitting most installation locations; the air it blows is very cold; overall, it’s a summer lifesaver. Cons: It sometimes starts intermittently with a clicking sound, making a clicking noise before a steady click; the window adapter doesn’t seal very well (but I’ve found many products to be like this), although the size is correct, it doesn’t seal properly, just sits loosely with gaps. Overall, the intermittent extra noise is the most annoying, but the cold air is really fantastic. I can finally get a good night’s sleep. And the normal blowing sound sounds like nice white noise.

This unit does not cool 750 square feet. While it’s claimed to be able to supply 14,000 BTUs of cooling, I’m dubious at best. So I’m not sure what scale they are using to classify it’s cooling capacity but it supplies no more output than my Hi Sense portable that’s rated at 7000 BTUs. Also it is not physically larger that the Hi Sense…It did work fine and provide cool air, I’m just disappointed it did not have the capacity that I was hoping for.Water drainage is typical of a portable unit in that I would drain every couple of days, I suppose that’s related to the relative humidity in the air.Unit is rather quiet while in operation and installation is simple. I would have liked to see some adhesive foam tape included with the unit to seal the duct properly into the window.In summary, unit worked and functioned well, just don’t expect it to cool a 750 square foot area.

This is a great floor-standing air conditioner. I didn’t expect it to cool so well; in fact, it cools not only the living room but also the entire room. The room is very cool, which is fantastic. However, its window mounting method isn’t ideal; I don’t understand how to secure it to the window. There are no pre-drilled holes in the window for a secure hold, so it’s easy to pull out or shove it in. The airflow is strong, the noise level is low, and it’s easy to use. It’s much better than a window air conditioner, although I still need to get used to it being on the floor. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this to help cool our RV’s air conditioning during the hottest part of summer. If you’ve ever camped in July or August, you know that RV air conditioning is simply not enough¡ªthe insulation isn’t sufficient to retain the cool air. I installed this vent, letting it vent out through one of the sliding windows in the kitchen, and wow! It works amazing! It quickly lowers the interior temperature, making a huge difference. I’m so glad I bought it¡ªit’s definitely one of the best pieces of equipment we’ve added to our summer camping RV.

Fairly decent product. The plastic is thinner and not as durable as the vent that came with the portable AC unit, so it’s likely to radiate more heat back into the room than the original. Serves the purpose of extension otherwise. Not a bad value for the price. Recommend.

would not post my review stating how bad my exerience was. Apparently we can no longer warn people that you will be left hanging when something goes wrong. There should be a way to rate the source of the trouble. Unit was missing parts for product. Therefore, the product sucks. Product is bad. Will not order product again. Terrible product. Awful product. Wish I had never bought it. Product unusable as is. No hose adapters. No way to vent out the window. Used duct tape and foam padding to fix it, and it does not cool well anyways. Struggles to cool a 10Ã10 room. The noise is minimal. Size is small. Airflow is ok. But I had to fix it myself to use it. Cannot recommend. Avoid. Look elsewhere. If this review gets posted, then we know the AI only looks for keywords.

I opted for this smart inverter air conditioner to supplement my house a/c from running 24/7. The cooling of this unit is phenomenal, easy install, roller wheels. And it is VERY quiet, sleep mode is 42 db. This is by far the best portable AC that I had. I highly recommend this unit and would purchase it again if necessary.

This unit was perfect for bringing the summer temperatures down in my small office with a gaming PC. Before I bought it, I had a box fan in the window, but it didn’t bring the temps down to a comfortable level. This unit can handle the hottest days with no issue. It’s not exactly quiet, but it’s not obnoxiously loud, either. It’s about what you would expect for a portable air conditioner. I use noise-cancelling headphones with my PC, so the sound all but disappears while using them.
