Did not last 3 months. And no option for a return or a replacement. If I had returned it I would need to pay to return. No money back at that point. Cost more to return than to buy the product. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible product. And terrible return policy.

Okay I got a few issues with this product first, there is no reminder telling people to connect a AC unit specifically a portable AC unit straight into the outlet so if you plug this into a power strip you could burn your house down remember if you buy one of these plug it into the outlet jack, then the unit gets rid of heat from the house by pushing it through the window specifically through a tube that comes with the unit, the tube is cheap garbage now I’m paying almost $500 for this unit and the tube was radiating so much heat because of the high BTUs that I had to go and buy tin foil wrap the entire tube that vented the heat to keep the heat in the tube so it would get out of my house, now does it keep your home cool well I have a 700 ft apartment this unit should easily be able to cool the entire thing but it can’t it can cool about a quarter of it because I have been using it for so long now, outside of this the unit is good but I had an issue when I first ordered this unit delivered it to the wrong address so they had to send me a new unit but the new unit didn’t have the vent equipment to put in the window so I had to pay $45 for that, only to find out that the event equipment whether it’s the original or not is trash, if you buy one of these units buy a vent wrap or a special vent hose, that is insulated so the heat gets out of your home and doesn’t radiate off the tube. Also buy a pack of aluminum tape because after you put this in your window there’s going to be gaps no matter what you do and using aluminum tape will keep the heat from getting in your home plus aluminum tape is very fragile it breaks easily so you can seal your window and make sure that your home stays a good temperature, other than that if I could make my purchase over again I would have probably went with the most BTUs I could possibly get rather than the minimum and the reason for that is it’s a portable AC unit go for the absolute best you can possibly get that way it will be on for a few seconds it’ll cool your home then it will turn off and it will cool it so efficiently so fast that you will never have an issue but yeah get a unit that has higher BT units,. Now my opinion specifically with this unit it needs to be about $100 cheaper it’s not a terrible unit but my issues with and on top of having to fork over $45 and then finding out that the original and the new parts I bought are trash it’s just really upsetting.

The Heater is a Lie no matter what I do to operate it doesn’t matter of the temperature it pissed me off this is the second unit that doesn’t function on Heat, I paid a lot for both units I called I emailed they don’t care or admit the truth very sad

As someone who is constantly cold, this has been amazing. I can control the temperature, where I want the wind blowing and has a variety of options. Ie only tried over the winter so I guess Iâll be back in the summer to see if it held up.

It is a bit loud compared to my other freestanding ac units. The fan only has two speeds and a middle speed would help.The price was good so I didn’t expect a pro unit but still.

Very easy to install, works perfectly. I have a 1000 sqft home and this gets everything in my home nice and cool.Very quiet, easily reposition. Definitely will recommend to others.
