The item was great but good luck hearing back from customer service. They don’t call you back and there is a QR code that says you can get warranty but it doesn’t work and I still haven’t gotten a call back from customer service.

Great Product! Keeps my dining room and living room space cool. Easy to drain, comes with a tube to connect to drain hole to drain water out. Easy to clean..Has a remote and different settings to meet your needs in the moment. Light weight (for me) Easy to move on wheels..I am pleased with my purchase.

Set up un a 450 sq ft room with a wondow unit also installed. Set to cool to 68. Lowest its gone down os 75. Right now thermometer says 87
