Works really well but arrived damaged. It is either from packaging with the manufacturer. The side where the tie down straps (probably not the correct name) was bent in and bent the side of the unit because of a cardboard being shoved into it. Then the coils (see picture because I do not know the correct names) were all bent and dented.

This was so easy to install. I I honestly could have done it myself but I had a helper and it only took us about 15 minutes. I use it for a medium size bedroom and it works great. I love that it has a timer and a controller so I don¡®t ever have to get out of bed to change the setting. It is kinda loud but that doesn¡®t bother me at all.

Easy to install took maybe 20 minutes, delivered quickly too. The instructions are kinda stupid so trust your instincts with that one. It seems like it runs pretty cool. Iâll come back to update in a few weeks after using it longer but it fit in my window i I do have a standard sized window. My only issue is it is dented and louder than they said it would be. It is louder than any other AC I have and the side is dented outwards. Iâll share a picture of both sizes to show in comparison and a video of the noise levels. Overall it seems ok I am not happy about the dent and I am hoping the noise will get better the longer it runs. Will come back in a month to update

This unit cools very well. I am very happy with that aspect. The cord is shorter than other air conditioners that we have had. It measures 5 feet. I never had to measure the cord before. Sliding the unit all the way to 1 side, just made it to the outlet. I may have an electrician connect a longer cord.

I am convinced this oversized slab of cooling overcompensation was engineered by someone who took it personally that heat exists. Its mission is simple: your living room will become a refrigerator, consent optional. I installed it in a horizontal window like a complete goblin, which is absolutely not what it is designed for. Did that stop it? Not even slightly. It just shrugged and proceeded to blast Arctic air like it is trying to preserve meat for winter. This is one of those units that feels like it is been running non-stop since 2007 in some forgotten apartment. The kind where the filter has seen things. Questionable maintenance? Doesn¡®t matter. It still cranks like it is fueled by spite and unresolved issues. Performance-wise, it is aggressively effective. You will go from lightly warmââ?to ââ¬Åwhy can I see my breathââ?in record time. Subtlety is not part of the design philosophy here. Build quality feels solid enough that itââ¬â¢ll outlive you, your lease, and possibly the building itself. Noise level says, ââ¬Åyes, I am working, deal with it.ââ?End result: if you want a polite breeze, look elsewhere. If you want your home to feel like a walk-in freezer and you okay with a little attitude, this thing delivers. Addendum for the humor-impaired: yes, it has a thermostat like a civilized piece of equipment. You can set it low and it behaves like a normal air conditioner. Or, if your HVAC gives up on life, this thing is fully capable of stepping in as a temporary walk-in refrigerator while you sort your life out.

This air conditioner is a complete set for an unbeatable value! I was really impressed that it included everything needed for a proper install, from the foam insulation to the tape, which meant I didn’t have to go hunting for extra supplies. Since Ie used products before and have grown to trust the brand, I had high expectations for the quality, and this unit definitely hits the mark. It took only a few minutes to get situated and feels sturdy enough to handle the heat for a long time. The app integration is surprisingly smooth and connected to my phone almost instantly. I was even able to link it right up to my Home app, which makes for a completely seamless smart experience. It is great being able to adjust the temperature with a voice command or check the settings without hunting for the remote. It cools down the room quickly without being obnoxiously loud, and the different modes give a nice variety for those days when you just need a bit of air circulation. For the price, the combination of smart features and a full installation kit makes it a fantastic choice.

If you got this air conditioner while it was on sale, you scored a good deal. This air conditioner is wonderful works great and it cools my entire downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen. I got the 12,000 BTU one.

I live in South Louisiana where it’s already hot and humid here, in the month of April. It was time for a new A/C because Summer comes on like a hot lead sheet it a couple months. So I bought this 12,000 BTU unit for my mobile home living room, replacing the older 10,000 BTU I had. It’s been installed for about a week and I give credit where credit is due; it works WELL! Good airflow and very cold air. If I haven’t updated this post by late December (When Louisiana fall starts) of 2026, then it held up through what is always a brutal S. Louisiana summer.

I have a 350 sq ft apartment, keeps it cool and no hot spots. I’m glad I purchased a larger unit. On the downside it doesn’t have a drainage hole and will pool water and produce mold. So you have to clean it weekly with vinegar and water. It attracted flies and I didn’t know that it pooled water. So with frequent cleaning it is a great unit. Make sure you have it properly installed it. Even with proper installation it still pools water. So cleaning maintenance is important. I don’t have access to it outside to clean, so I have to do it thru the window. After the summer season you should get it cleaned properly, if you can’t yourself.

AC came with the fan motor not screwed into the housing, the inside Styrofoam was broken, and the inside plastic fan was broken. I requested a return and have yet to hear anything back. DO NOT BUY

It did cool well but wasn’t what I would consider quiet. I was only able to get 6 to 8 hours before draining and each time it was very little water so reservoir must be very small. The wheels didn’t work well the remote I received wasn’t the one in pic. I returned.
