The product arrived used. There was scratches on the accessories and once I took it out of the box and had it right side up water leaked all over the floor. I tested it to see if it was worth keeping since it took awhile to get to me and while the product does work well for the 10 mins I had it on from a cooling aspect. The back of the machine is very hot to touch and the tube connecting to the window was hot as well. No water came out the smaller tube so I assume the water was stuck in the machine from the previous person who attempted use. Overall I would be concerned about causing a fire if I were to let this run for longer than 10 mins. I think this might be better for an apartment with no carpet to minimize risk of overheating and possibly causing a fire.

This thing really blows cold air, That’s not the problem Its Very Loud when running in low or high speed. In office so I would not recommend this.

This unit does not cool the way you would expect at this price point. Definitely a waste of money. And it doesn’t have anything to do with obstruction with the air coming in or going out. Just does not put out 61° as you would think which is the lowest setting.

It’s supposed to come with an app for control and can’t find the correct app and the apps that we have tried that it said to download for the specific AC doesn’t even support the AC unit

Does not have a timer that I could find. It says it has a 5-minute timer up to a 24-hour timer. I do not see it.

This is a decent portable air conditioner that works great so far. It is actually used in a very small space, as my husband uses it in his barbecue trailer that he takes to barbecue competitions. We really appreciate the portability. It’s only really starting to get hot outside now, so we will be using it more. But it seems to cool things down quickly and efficiently, without being too loud. We are very happy to have it, especially my husband. I would recommend it to others.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this 3-in-1 evaporative air cooler in our garage here in Texas, where the heat can be pretty intense. Once everything is set up correctly, it does provide a noticeable cooling effect — especially when using the included ice packs — but getting there took some trial and error.The setup was honestly confusing at first. The product description makes it sound like you can pour water into the top, but that’s not how it works. The water and the ice packs actually go into the lower blue tank at the bottom. That wasn’t clearly explained. We even tried contacting customer service and didn’t receive an immediate response, so we ended up figuring it out ourselves.Another important detail: the included ice packs contain a powder inside. At first, I almost threw them away because I thought something was wrong with them. Thankfully, I didn’t. Once you add water, the powder turns into a gel — that’s how they’re designed to function. This step is not clearly mentioned in the instructions, and it really should be because it’s not obvious at all.I also noticed that the small internal pump hose tends to bend or kink when opening or closing the lower water drawer. It doesn’t stop the unit from working, but you do have to be careful. I now open and close the tank slowly to avoid stressing the hose. A slightly better hose routing design would make it feel more durable long term.Performance-wise, once everything is filled properly, it does blow cooler air than a regular fan, especially in a dry, hot environment like a garage. It’s important to understand this is for personal or zone cooling, not full-room air conditioning. For that purpose, it does help create a more comfortable workspace.The touch screen is simple to use and the multiple speed settings and timer are convenient. However, the remote has not been very responsive in my experience — sometimes it takes several attempts to register a command. The swing/oscillation feature also didn’t work as expected. The horizontal louvers don’t actively move in a noticeable way, so we mostly adjust the airflow direction manually.The description also mentions the option of connecting a continuous water supply, but it’s not very clear how overflow would be managed. There doesn’t appear to be an obvious safety system to prevent overfilling, so clearer guidance would definitely improve the overall experience.On the positive side, it’s lightweight, easy to move thanks to the rolling casters, relatively quiet, and energy-efficient at 45W. For spot cooling in a hot Texas garage, it does make a difference once you understand how to use it properly.Overall, it provides decent localized cooling, but clearer instructions and a few design refinements would make it much more user-friendly.

Bought this in December, first unit came and appeared used (we bought new) and the pipes wouldn’t hold pressure. was great and sent us a replacement for the entire unit so we were finally fully installed but now the unit does not heat or cool…..it only blows lukewarm air no matter the setting or temperature. So we went ahead and took out the entire first unit and installed the second unit, which does EXACTLY the same thing. No heat, just lukewarm air. ‘s customer services says just send pictures….um, how do I photograph lukewarm air? No help there. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this unit. Now trying to figure out how to close up the hole in our house and return both units.

Only cools and doesn’t heat as a result of Unit coming low on refrigerant, so additional charges are required for installation.

To start, the installation of this was pretty easy, except I live in a weird, old apartment building with new but weird windows. While it fit, the little accordion panels didn’t fit in the window how they’re supposed to, so I had to duct tape both sides to the frame. I have a different brand that came with the apartment that’s the same way, so not a big deal, but some people might dislike it. Secondly, the setup of this was very hard. The cord isn’t very long, the options on it don’t work how you’d expect (or at least not how all the other window AC units I’ve used do), and setting the temperature was a struggle. I got this to keep in my pet room, which can’t go below 70°F for more than a couple of minutes, but was boiling hot now that the weather is. The first night, I thought I had it set to cool until 73° and then turn off, but it kept running and got down to 68°f by the time I noticed. I shut it down and tried to connect to my app hoping it was easier, but it was not. I had the app already, so I tried about a hundred times to find and connect to the unit. Apparently, this unit uses a different version of the app that’s a totally separate installation, so I found that insanely inconvenient since all of my other appliances that connect to my Smart Life are on the other version. I can’t even tell you what the difference is except the appearance. After setup, I read that the setting I had it set to originally was *supposed* to work how I had it, but was for some reason not. I tried the Eco mode, which on all my other AC units has meant I set a temperature and it cools to it, using the fan as much as possible to save energy, and shuts off near it. On this, it selects it’s own temperature “according to the indoor temperature” and was setting itself to 84°!!! That was hotter than the room’s ambient temperature, and it could not be changed. I tried just about everything until eventually the original mode I had it on started working as intended. I have it set to a good temperature now and am scared to change anything except up or down by 1° worrying it’ll glitch or whatever it did the first time again and harm my exotic pets by dropping too low. Now that it’s working, it’s a great unit and is nice and quiet, but it was not easy to accomplish by any stretch of the imagination. I do also like that I can adjust the temperature from anywhere, even at my job several miles from my home, and it really does change it. I don’t like that I can’t see what the unit reads the actual room temperature as, though. It has a sensor for it and it knows, but even with the fancy special app, it doesn’t tell you anywhere.
