I’m hoping this will get me a response to get help. I’ve tried contacting this company and the manufacturer of this mini split with no luck. We installed this unit June of last year and a few months ago it started throwing an error code and stopped working. We had a technician come out to check the unit and told us the circuit board had gone bad. I can’t find a replacement nor have I been able to get any assistance from the company that sold it or , so something to keep in mind of you are looking to purchase this unit.

Not an ideal house unit at all. They sent a branded unit that doesn¡®t have the same features as outlined in the advertised units manual. Customer service at is horrendous. I would say it is borderline fraud how thy operate/ do business. Unfortunately waiting on and their customer service I am out of my return window. Very upset with this $900 purchase. I am going to call my card holder and see why my options are because trying to get to resolve this is like pulling teeth

Installation is easy. Efficient and performs well. Will need to run a vacuum on it. Temp control is perfect!

Great mini split. Instructions is not user friendly and app is tricky but works well. I needed to order 16F copper wire additionally as it has 13F copper wires included. Drain hose is too short for the unit.

I bought my on 3/24/2026 And install it my self first time I did had to hired I person to come and check and vacuum line and so far working good with heat and cold easy to connect to WiFi and control it from were ever I am and unit looks nice on the back of my house So far no leaks

I will update this later after the installation and running it for awhile. We are going to start out with one star. Just because they sent a different unit that was advertised, and didn’t contact me to see if I would accept a replacement. Just because of that alone I will never deal with again, because they can’t be trusted. I have no idea what I have. You order one thing and apparently will send you anything they want. I can’t even find the model they sent me on . It is a . Of course the when you buy something from it is a crap shoot, because if there is a problem, you have to spend most of the day jumping through hoops to contact them. But I have no choice, I will have to install what I got, which is probably what they were hoping for. Just contacted Support. My ONLY options are return it, or use it and hope for the best, As for , nothing what so ever happens to them. I can’t even contact them to get a explanation. 4/1/2026: Mini split installed. It does work. You need to GUESS on it’s operations because there is no User Manual. Went to website and they do not supply one either. They do have a setup manual but after that you are on your own. Did finally get a message to through support button in orders requesting one. I will wait and see if they actually respond with one. One good reason for having a manual, when using the setting “Auto”, you can not adjust the temperature which they have set for 77 degrees. Well I don’t want my house at 77 degrees so hopefully a user manual will have a work around on that. 4/19/2026: Well, I can’t find a work around for auto, so auto is useless. The only, only good thing about this is that it puts out heat and cold. The temperature doesn’t work. So it is going to be really hot or really cold. The AC doesn’t shut down at all. The coldness shuts down but the fan continually runs. That’s okay if you don’t mind the electric bill. The heat and fan does shut down but. In heat mode you constantly need to adjust the temperature to get it to shut down. If I set it for 68, it may shut down at 75. The IFEEL on it does not work at all. IFEEL is where the remote is to turn it on and off automatically. I set it for 68 and it will keep running even though the temperature on the remote reads 75. Lets talk about support. I have contacted over and over. They do not respond. As for , they have a phone number and do answer the phone when called. That is as far as it goes. They tell you that you will be contacted with in 48 hours by email. The email doesn’t come. I contacted them by email support, nothing. I will tell you it is well worth it to buy American instead of buying this Chinese crap and less you like to gamble. As for , you would have to be bat crazy to buy anything from them because you can’t trust them. When I talked to I told them should not even be allowed to sell on . But we all know the deal. would just change their name and continue to rip people off. It is the same way with . Once people wake up and quit buying their crap, they would just change their name and sell under a new name. If you check carefully, it looks like the same unit is sold under several different names anyway.

So far so good. I installed everything and you can indeed plug it into a 115volt outlet and works perfectly. To connect it to a vaccum pump you need to get the correct fitting for the service port. 5/16 female to 1/4 male connecter. It also doesn’t use that much energy, I have a special outlet to measure how much it uses and its less than 100 kilowatt hours a month Will update in the future if it starts to suck.

No surprises on install. Had a very nice installation kit. Heating and cooling both work exactly as advertised. It is a quiet unit, so that’s nice. I have a watt thingy on its outlet, and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen it hit 500, but it’s normally lower than that. so far I’m quite happy with my purchase

As a licensed HVAC contractor, I am genuinely impressed with this 24k mini split. The overall construction, materials, and layout are very similar to what you see on well-known name brands. For a system priced under $1,000, it is extremely hard to beat. My helper and I installed this unit in about half a day, with only one quick trip to . Everything fit well, the components were well thought out, and the install went smoothly with no surprises. That said, this is not an easy DIY install. Proper installation requires cutting and flaring copper line sets, pulling a deep vacuum, and ensuring the system is installed to building code. This unit is best suited for someone who installs mini splits regularly or plans to hire a professional. Given the great price on the equipment, it is completely reasonable to expect that professional installation may cost more than the unit itselfâand it is still a great value. The only minor downside I noticed is that the remote does not include a wall-mounted holder, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, this is an excellent system for the price, and I would absolutely recommend it when installed properly

One year In And the unit has gotten considerably louder and cooling performance has declined. Pressures are perfect but it just doesn’t cool as well as it did. Struggles to get to 68 on an 80 degree day. My other two older units will freeze you out. Would not buy again

Took a WEEK to get both boxes, labels printed at same time. While the copper lines ARE malleable, USE CAUTION when bending the larger one or it will kink in a hurry!!! GO SLOW AND CAREFUL!!! The ADVERTISED refrigerant is R32, but the unit is precharged with R454b, so if you like me with a couple different gauge sets laying around, be ready to buy some adapters for the vacuum pump! Overall it is a nice LOOKING unit, but due to not being able to vacuum out the air itââ¬â¢ll be another day while I find an adapter or just hire someone to come deal with it for me. It is all wired and plumbed, but haven¡®t powered it yet, so Iââ¬â¢ll come back and update this after it is run for a week!

First note at the top, “AI” answer bot said this unit was R-32. It probably is in Europe, but in the US as of July 2024 I (thankfully) received a R410a refrigerant unit. Installed in a family member’s mobile home after the old r22 system kicked the bucket. All these inexpensive units are made the same, probably by the same company. No surprises, super thin line set BE CAREFUL bending/straightening especially the larger vapor return line. It will kink in no time. I opted to shorten the vapor return line and braze couplings at the indoor unit connection to reduce the number of flares. Have the benefit of nitrogen tank and other professional tools (flow nitrogen if you braze!) and manifold set, and a fieldpiece vacuum pump. First pressure test with 150psi nitrogen had a small leak at the king valve flare. Tiny scratch in the flare caused it to leak. Re-flared and it held 165psi for 45 mins. First vacuum only went to 600 micron. Had to double evacuate due to amount of moisture in the lines and/or evaporator. Pulled deep vacuum to 200 micron (took almost 20 minutes) and opened the valves. Super quiet ODU, wish these split systems had better fans/air flow inside but that’s how they’re getting this efficiency. On turbo mode, with indoor air at 79*F temp we saw a maximum of a 25 degree delta temperature. This was with 90-95* outdoor temps. Extremely happy, would (and probably will) buy again! Wi-Fi app worked with 0 issues. Family member is happy and cool!

Ok first it says it comes with a 3stage filter it did not just regular filter, days it comes with air sterelizer says has blue light when on not found blue bulb yet or know how to use it doesn’t say in manual, says it self cleaning manual does not tell how to do this either! Also I had several wires plugged to nothing hanging lose in control panel. Tried to contact which this product is sold and shipped by them says to contact the seller well I don’t know how there’s no way to contact seller if you are the seller I’ve contacted about this product and get a run s round
