I purchased another product from this vendor a few weeks prior that started to omit a weird smell after 5 weeks. I could not return that item because of the 30 day return window. When I tried to return the unopened boxes for this item, still within the 30 day window, the vendor said I had to pay return shipping. Not only do I not trust this vendor’s product but their customer service is also terrible.

Bought it to make my garage more bearable to work in in the summer heat. Brings the temperature and humidity down in my uninsulated one car garage pretty decent, I just stick the exhaust out under the door.

I ran this nonstop for 4 days .temp did not get below 89 degree.plus the dehumidifier had to be emptied often .not worth the money

Easy to set up and operate. Gets the job done in my 750 Sq foot place. It isn’t the most quiet but I don’t mind it at all. I like the sleek design of it. Seems sturdy and well made and it’s worked great so far! Multiple settings are on it for fan, speed and cooling which is nice.

In a/c mode you need to empty the condensation. In dehumidifier mode the display reads 4P no explanation in the manual what 4P means. I sent email to costumer support and got no response. I would not recommend buying this / stars is being generous

I’ve had my air conditioner for less than a year and the coils kept freezing over after the first month and wouldn’t cool the house. Now, when I turn it on the compressor doesn’t come on. I’d go with a different product until they get these things resolved.

It cools a large room fairly quickly, Air temp is consistent. Comfortable temps, if under $300 theyre a great value. Shipping box is a different design that makes unboxing very easy. Some people complained about water buildup but in lower humidity I only had a few tablespoons of water in the collector over about a two month period. No leaks. Unit is light enough to lift on your own but theres not many lift points. I find that i have to grab the airvent and wire wrapping point to lift it. Not ideal but works. Everything seems decent build quality.
