This is a really great portable AC unit. It has 3 functions, a fan, a dehumidifier and then the AC function. All three work very well independently. The dehumidifier function is the only one that for me requires a drain pan for the condensation. The AC function is able to take care of the condensation without needing a drain.The unit is not quiet while running but it also isn’t super loud. I find that it is a level of background noise. For all AC units there is a volume of noise that they generate while running and this is on par with other units as far as noise level.This has great cooling capacity. It is able to cool my bedroom very well, even with vahlted ceilings I am able to get and keep the temperature where I like it.This is portable but understand that it is fairly heavy to be moving from place to place. It has wheels which is great but basically it is a put it and leave it kind of product.I found the installation to be easy and had no issues with the setup or the exhaust hose. The unit comes with a remote and that is very user friendly as well.Overall I am very happy with this unit and found that it functions well and does what it needs to even on the hottest of days. I do recommend this unit!

Cooling does not work. Don’t know if it was the delivery, cause is horrible delivering anything let alone something as heavy as this. Oh, and the company doesn’t include a phone number or any other form of communication if help is needed with the product. You know, like most other companies include in their paperwork. This one is a no go.

The window guard piece extends and each half is of different widths which leaves a gap between it and the window. Should provide a thin foam strip to address this! This has to be constantly running, it cannot over take the heat. Only keeps immediate area cool

I purchased this air conditioner to use and 150 square foot room. It was atrocious. I rented it with the included vent hose out the window with the unit itself only about 2 foot from the window, the vent hose puts off a lot of heat itself while exhausting it. Originally the hose was stretched out to about 4 foot but the unit was not cooling the room down. I shortened the exhaust hose as much as I possibly could without rearranging the room and it did not help this unit still did not cool off that small room. I tried all different settings even left it on auto running for three days straight it still would not cool off that room. Previously I had a window unit in the very same room that was only rated for 250 ft. and it did a much better job. I had to return this there was no way I was gonna go through the frustration with this unit. I don’t know if I just got a bad unit or if they’re all like that but my experience with this particular one was horrible.

So far it does blow pretty cold air, so it is doing it is job pretty well in the hottest Utah days. Pros: the tubing can stretch and flex enough for most placements, the air blowing is cold, and generally it is been a life saver for summer. Cons: it sometimes ââ¬Åkicks onââ?more where it makes more noise off and on like a clickety sound then clunk it blows regularly, there isn¡®t a very good seal for the window adapter (but Ie seen that a lot are like this) so it fits the window size but doesn¡®t seal at all just sits there with wiggle room/small gaps. Overall the off an on extra blowing noise is the most annoying, but the cold air has been super nice. I can finally sleep. And the normal blowing sound is a nice white noise.

So I wanted to wait a little while before doing a review on this. This is the best purchase from that Ie done in a long time. I wish I bought it earlier. It works beyond amazing. The adapter is so easy to put in the window, took less than 10 mins. With in 10-15 mins the room was cooled. It is not that loud at all, you just hear it kick on and off if you actually pay attention. I love the LED display with the temp on it and I love love that when it is off it still shows the temp in the room. Great feature. Auto swing was a must for me and it makes a huge impact and it works great. I set it and forget it and clean the filter every week. So glad I bought it. Absolutely worth every penny. (Don¡®t mind my sons messy room..lol) FYI, I have casement windows and couldn¡®t use the full adapter kit, but I made it work and it is perfect!

Easy set up! Definitely cooled down my living room on these hot day. Seems like it is going to hold up good, on wheels and super light so easy to move around if needed.

A/C is fine. But the exhaust fall piece that goes into the window falls apart every time I look at it. Completely horrible design. Buy any other A/C and you will be happier.

It’s ok for the price shipping time is great but it’s loud very simple controls looks good but you will definitely know when it’s on in the room. You get what you pay for I have had the cooling on 62 degrees for 4hrs straight my 20×20 room was still 87 degrees at night.

This is actually light weight. It also isn’t noisy even though the air blows well out of the system cooling a room. Great for a quick solution when its hot at night.

Solid unit for cooling a bedroom or office – mine keeps my 200 sq ft room icy cold even through the August heat. I originally hoped it could supplement my central AC across a 750 sq ft open area, and that was wishful thinking. On days above 75 degrees outside it struggled to keep that larger space at temperature, even with central air helping. Cold air output itself is great though. Just size your expectations: treat the 750 sq ft claim as a stretch, and it becomes a really dependable little machine.

Use it daily, cools the room quite fast. Hadn’t really used the heater part yet, but it does work, giving heat. It’s 80’s, 90’s degrees, so heat is not needed.

Disappointing; 1. Window insert is not customizable and is too long for my window 2. Exhaust vent hose gets extremely hot and eminates throughout the area 3. Due to the vent heat from hose, area temp never got below 85, when left set at 72 for 2hours. I will attempt to move locations and try again and re-review in 24 hours. Noise level is ok, still had to run an additional fan in the house to circulate. Set up ok missing 2 proper sized screws for vent. Worked better on Fan mode than Cool. Used 4kw in 2 hours.Follow up review the same.

Looks like the ideal AC unit, right? WRONG. SO MANY SCREWS, and even more pages of directions of how to put in. I should probably just went to . Hope you have five hours to spare. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $$ to have it installed for you. Garbage.
