Received unit and all it does is blow out hot air seems impossible to get a replacement unit sent out no help from manufacturer or so far

It seems like a good product so far. I haven’t actually used it yet being that it’s still fairly cool outside. I tested it when it arrived and seems to work well. The review may change depending on long term use on if it works like it’s suppose to.

struggled to cool a 300 square foot studio. worked well for 2 weeks, then stopped working & only blew hot air. While trouble shooting, it became clear there is a freon leak somewhere inside the unit. Which is unfortunate but common in these units.When it worked, it worked ok. Would not recommend portable air conditioners, as the technology is great on paper, but is not reliable in function. The size & portability of the unit was a big draw. It looks nice, but it does take up valuable floor space. It is not too loud, but you can hear it running. I may revisit portable ac units in the future, once the technology has progressed. At this price point, i will be looking at window units in this price range, as they are more reliable. I am giving 2 stars due to the unit worked for 2 weeks, but struggled to fully cool a 300 square foot space, although its rated for a 750 square foot space.

The media could not be loaded.
I received the portable AC unit earlier than expected and that made me happy. When I brought the box upstairs, I noticed that it was damaged. I don’t care about the box but the unit itself seemed damaged. I won’t return it because it does work but I am not happy with a damaged unit. It’s disappointing.

It cools quickly, is easy to use, and the timer function is perfect for setting it to turn off automatically after I fall asleep. Definitely recommend!
