Started leaking after one use –
I’ve been really impressed with this window AC so far. The 6000 BTU output is plenty for a bedroom, office, or smaller living space, and it cools the room down surprisingly fast without sounding like a jet engine sitting in the window.The U-shaped design is probably my favorite part. It allows the window to close down between the indoor and outdoor portions of the unit, which helps reduce outside noise and makes the whole setup feel much more secure than a traditional window air conditioner.The WiFi and app controls are also genuinely useful. Being able to adjust the temperature or turn it on before walking into the room is one of those features that feels unnecessary until you start using it.

Lasted a month and now it’s more like a space heater than an air conditioner. Definitely not an efficient option. It’s also using a highly flammable coolant. Not recommended don’t buy it or you will be on here just like me. Total rip off.
I try before you buy –
This thing is loud! Like jet engine loud! When it’s just the fan it’s fine, but the second the compressor kicks on… We bought this to cool down our sons room but the deaf wouldn’t even be able to sleep through this thing being on. It is being returned.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and this Air Conditioner is terrible. It’s far from quiet, it’s actually quite loud. It cycles itself and there’s no way to bypass it. The compressor kicks on and off and when it kicks back on it’s very loud. It wakes me up at night. Also when it cycles the air temperature coming out changes as well, it doesn’t continuously blow cold air. It automatically shuts off when it reaches temperate and the only way to bypass that is sleep mode but that’s when you really hear the compressor kicking on and off. I gave it 1 star because it does work, it just doesn’t work well enough.

We live in Iowa. We love our 18,000 BTU mini split. The unit was easy to install. It came with all the necessary wiring and the proper amount of freon for the 13 foot line set. The unit functioned flawlessly at -10° and kept the entire 1,300 square for area comfortably warm all while being energy efficient.

Cada vez que lo he utilizado presenta errores para que pueda funcionar correctamente por el exceso de agua que condensa; e tenido muchos inconvenientes con este producto que no funciona como un aire acondicionado

0 stars. Doesn’t work. I bought this on sale black Friday 2024 excited to try out in warmer weather. I just took it out of the box this last week of May ’25 and set it up. It pops on periodically but doesn’t blow cold at all. When it does come on its much louder than I thought it would be. I haven’t noticed the fan turn at all inside the machine and the thermometer is way off reading that’s its cooling to 61 when it’s still 75 in the room. I’ll reach out to about warranty info and hopefully it can be replaced or fixed. I’m very disappointed and too hot.

After a month and half of using this portable air conditioner, the unit no longer cools. I have completed all of the troubleshooting suggestions. Steer clear of this!
