If you live in humid climates the tank fills so fast. We have to continuous drain just to keep this thing running because of the internal float switch.

A/C stopped working and seller/ manufacturer refuse to provide a resolution. I ordered this Air Conditioner on June 21, 2025 and it was delivered approximately June 25, 2025. After leaving it in storage in it’s original packaging, on June 15, 2026 I took out the A/C and it did not function- no air was blowing out. I contacted the manufacturer () on June 19, 2026 and both seller and manufacturer claim I am beyond the 12-month warranty window but according ‘s website, the 12-month warranty begins on the date of delivery (June 25, 2025) and even so according to the online warranty expiration calculator, the expiration date is exactly June 20, 2026 so either way I am within the warranty window.I have a standard window unit that still works after 5 years (Frigidaire) and stops working after one summer?! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE product and even worse company. DO NOT BUY THIS AIR CONDITIONER!!!

honestly a life saver, my room was so hot and now it gets cold within minutes. it was fairly easy to install and fits great in my window. the only problem ive had is a piece on the inside came loose and it was making a rattling noise but i fixed it easily

Im not really sure what to say about this Portable AC. I’ve been. Using this in my sunroof for approx a week now. It was easy to put the hosing out the windows and it does blow strong air. But im using it in my sunroom in FL which does have a metal roof and is hot a hell as expected.. I was hoping this thing would even keep the room at just 85 but it does not. It has gotten down to 83 at night and during the day it stays on 93 to 95. I have only had to drain twice and I turn it on around 7 am and off at 10pm. As I said it does have a powerful blower and I can feel air across the room but.its hot air until around evening. Room is approx 250 square feet.

Too early to tell long term, but so far it is fine. It is the most quiet window unit I have owned. I very much doubt that it is an inverter as it claims because it cycles the compressor quite often. I’m taking away a star for that. The unit itself was damaged pretty good on the outside part of the cover. The packaging was perfect, which tells me they either missed the damage or didn’t care. Not a big deal to me as it is only cosmetic, but loses another star. I really like the design as it allows me to drop the blinds flush with the unit and keep sunlight/moonlight out of the bedroom where it is being used. If it wasn’t for that I would have purchased the Midea U shaped true inverter AC unit.Also, I’m very bummed that it doesn’t make “Delicious ice cubes” like the picture states. Haha!

I bought this air conditioner mainly because it’s very portable, so I can easily take it to other rooms when needed. I thought the dehumidifier was an added bonus, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed to maintain a tolerable climate in my house! It has only been running for one night, but the difference in the entire house is clear. Highly recommend it.
