There was slight damage to outside upper corner of the AC Unit and the aluminum fins had some fold over damage. Obviously done when they packed it in the Box.Other than that it works well so far.

this item worked about a week i have sent 4 request for some body to reach out to me i have yet to receive a call back from or anybody else the barrel wheel fan just ended up in pieces after a day of cooling . all Iam asking for is a new barrel fan . it would be way to much trouble to send this back .

UPDATE: This unit, like the 1st one I returned, is very loud. Sounds like an ice maker constantly. We ended up moving it into the game room. It started out nice and some-what quiet but over time the ice making sound just kept getting more constant and louder. Does cool the space down nicely would be the highlight of the unit.

This is a great product, keeps it cool enough to do my daily chores,and get in a nap upstairs on the second floor of my home,during 90 and 100 degree days , I live in a desert climate without central air,, Yikes!ð¸

Really worth the price, I installed mine in my living room and it is completely gotten cool fast with in 10mins. It was easy installation design is great even portable. The noice level is a bit loud when full blast but when it is down low and or on fan it is super quiet. Function is easy to operate it has to screens to see the temp it is on, one in front of it and on top. Highly recommend this A/C unit.

I’ve been using this device for less than 24 hours. So far, it’s working well and is very efficient. The biggest problem with this device is that the ad didn’t specify the dimensions of the sliding rails. As you can see from the video, the rails are about 6 inches shorter than my window size. I’ve contacted customer service, and they’ve resolved the issue for me.

This unit is great and is everything I was looking for. It was easy to hook up, blows cold and is pretty quiet. It’s a lot quieter than my unit. I’m pleasantly surprised.

It does not blow cold, no refrigerant process is occurring, just fan. So, it pulls air from the room into the unit and pushes out the same temperature air, sending it out both ends, back into the room like a fan and out the exhaust hose. It sends exhaust air through the hose, but it’s the same temperature as the room air. I need A/C to blow into the room that refreshing, refrigerated-feeling air that is breathable and soothing for the sinuses. This does not provide that. I had it on for several hours, and tried it on cool mode each day. So, the unit is built solid; sturdy; good wheels, but it doesn’t give that chill sensation, despite hours on. No chilled air is blowing indoors; AND no hot air is blowing outdoors through the exhaust hose. This new air conditioner is not functioning. The way an A/C is intended to function is to pull warm air from the room so that it goes over the evaporator coil which contains refrigerant, to provide cold air, but this process is NOT happening. This unit is useless and I’m very disappointed.

Very easy to install, works perfectly. I have a 1000 sqft home and this gets everything in my home nice and cool. Very quiet, easily reposition. Definitely will recommend to others.

Nothing on this a/c unit states it’s 1400 btu. How do I know it’s not just a 8000 btu??? Pissed off and tired of being ripped off….i can’t believe you do not supply a drain hose for this leaking pile of crap. Now I have to guess on a type of hose to fix it. Plus this is installed in a home . Do you really think I have a drain in my living room or bed room. This product sucks ass

This air conditioner is better than any I’ve ever used before. First, it’s well-made; both the appearance and construction are excellent. The control panel is easy to operate and allows for precise control of the room temperature. It also has a dehumidification function, which wasn’t present in my previous air conditioners, making it very practical. Although it’s a bit heavy, the wheels make it move smoothly. Furthermore, it comes with a built-in ventilation kit, so you don’t need to buy any additional accessories.

Portable AC works well and can be moved around since it is on wheels. Glides easily. Option to blow cool but you need to vent outdoors on this mode. Use ââ¬Ådryââ?mode to remove dampness from room/basement (also must vent outdoors. Unit also has a fan mode that doesn¡®t need venting. This blows super well. Powerful on low and WOW on high. Change mode or speed using remote. Has timer and ââ¬Åautoââ?for cool mode. Great for individual rooms, garage or use during power outages (with generator that is not included).

I’ve been using this product for a year, only in the summer. It doesn’t cool large spaces as advertised; it’s barely enough for a small bedroom. I used a similar product before, and it worked much better! I won’t buy this brand again.

This uses a lot of electricity but it saved my and my fur babies lives when our house AC went out in the middle of July in Arizona! Not great for open concept houses but works amazingly in a bedroom!
