Not easy to use very confusing you set it to One Direction it does something totally different it does not do what the manual says it does, after having it two months it stopped blowing cold air cannot return to it’s been past 30 days now I have to get a hold of the third party trying to find them is almost impossible it’s just been a big mess and now I’m out $360 with this piece of cral p of air conditioner do not buy it it’s a pain in the butt!!! The quality is poor the size of it is very sufficient it’s really super heavy it’s like 68 lb and it doesn’t work very well

Worked well for 15 days, then the compressor started making a terrible racket. Sounded like a jet engine falling apart. was great, though. They picked it up the day after I called, & will issue a full refund.

This is a scam. Doesn¡®t cool at all and extremely poor design. I put the wrong air conditioner in my cart and wouldn¡®t allow my to cancel the order immediately after creating by mistake. DO NOT BUY

AC works great! What didn’t work so well was the delivery, one caster wheel was broke off and the adjustable window slide is cracked. Not so easy to return product once you open the package.
