i bought this because of drain free, but i was sitting by the unit and there was water running on floor checked plug it was in tight. everytime i buy something it seems it never is what was described. i have a 200sq.ft. room and it just does not keep it cool. should have bought a 12000 btu. waste of money once again.

Awesome AC portable I can take it to whichever room I want around the house and it adjusted to any window. It’s cooled off the house from its original 93 degrees once my last AC broke two now 66° and feels lovely.

Ie been using this 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner for a couple months now, and it is seriously made a difference in my space. I love how it combines a cooler, fan, and dehumidifier in oneââ¬âit means I don¡®t have to switch between multiple appliances when the weather changes. It cools my bedroom (around 500 sq. ft.) quickly and keeps it at a consistently comfortable temperature, even during peak afternoon heat. The installation was refreshingly simple; I had it up and running within 20 minutes using the window kit that came with it. I also really appreciate the remoteo more getting up in the middle of a movie just to change the settings. It rolls easily from room to room, and the overall design feels modern and compact, not like some bulky eyesore. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a portable, reliable solution to stay cool and comfortable year-round.

Received with a few missing parts. Overall easy set up, works well and cools quickly. Unfortunately package arrived with no bottom to the box and the screws and butterfly screw were missing. Everything else seemed to be there, but had to get screws to fix the window plate slider and also keep the vent from popping out. Otherwise love this AC and the convenience. Tried customer service and they don’t send replacement parts just offered a return option and return video.

Man, this little AC unit is a lifesaver! Got it setup in like 10 minutes flato tools, no stress, just plugged it in and bam, cool air. The window kit fit my sliding window perfect, and that exhaust hose ain¡®t as clunky as I thought it be. Been using it in my bedroom and it is chill city now.
