Excellent a/c. Blows ice cubes. I never heard of the a/c but bought the 8000 btu for $199. Glad I bought it when I did. 2 days later it was $249. Even at $249 its definitely worth it!!!

I set it up and plugged it in and it didn’t work. FINALLY found out the plug had a RESET button on the bottom of the plug. This was not made clear anywhere in the instructions. It seems to be working ok now. Not freezing cold but cool. So make sure you check on it.

I haven’t even got this yet but I give it a 1 because of false advertising. Special features claim it heats. there is no heating on this unit.

If I could do zero stars I would. My room is now 91 degrees because of this unit and my floor is soaked. Definitely returning this

This a/c unit is huge, big, bulky, and there is no way it is actually 14,000 BTUs it will not even cool a very small 14 x 13 living room, much less 750 square feet as they claim. The parts are very cheap! The window attachment, hose, and unit attachment are very cheap, and do not fit properly. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this unit. Keep looking, there are much better units than these one for the same amount of money. Ie had 8,000 BTU units cool better and larger areas than this ââ?4,000 BTUââ?unit. Oh and it is NOT quite, it is very noisy.

They say this unit will cool 550 to 750 ft… What a bunch of junk. I have a unit half this size that only cools 350 ft and it is doing a lot better job than this one. Should have paid attention to the reviews this one’s definitely going back since it can’t even cool 400 ft.

The air conditioner’s cooling performance is nice, quickly bringing down the room temperature for a comfortable environment. The air conditioner arrived quickly and in great condition. It was packaged very well. The A/C is extremely quiet. I can¡®t hear it running at all.
