It didn’t come with owners manual or directions to install vent in the window. 8000 BTU is powerful. It works great. Dehumidifier is excellent also.

My AC broke during the hottest days this summer. I purchased this AC unit for my upstairs and it does a fantastic job. It¡¯s so easy to set up. My only complaint is that it should have an accordion type of sealer for the window. It was too short for my window so I had to use plastic to cover the rest of the window.?Value for money:Great value for the money.?Noise level:Not noisy at all.?Cooling ability:Great!

You need a window to stick a tube out of . In every single picture it doesn¡¯t show the tube it just shows the ac unit . FALSE ADVERTISING .It¡¯s making my room way hotter than it was and now I just wasted $200 so thanks

This unit works very well, but the drain situation in a high humidity climate is a bother. Puts out some very cool air though. If not for the drain problem, it would have been 5 stars for sure.I manage but using a a small hand siphon pump to facilitate drainage into a bucket.Also, it’s a good idea to insulate the exhaust hose.

The heater function of this portable air conditioner doesn’t work properly. The air conditioner and fan work just fine. I tried getting help from customer support listed on the back of the manual but have yet to get a response (two weeks). did make a credit adjustment for the heater malfunction. I was hopeful to get a response from the company about the error code when using the heater mode but it was to no avail. That said, if you want to use as a heater I would not recommend. The air conditioner and fan work just fine.

The media could not be loaded.

This unit is loud after a few minutes of use. I noticed if you remove the vent it stops but once you replace it the sound comes back after a few minutes . Video posted
