Love it – it really cools my room (the hottest room in the house)! It has a fan, dry and temperature setting and I can set it to whatever temp I want! The only thing I think is a tad bit annoying is it’s noisy and has to be drained often of the water. Would highly recommend but keep it mind it does take up space and is awkward and bulky for me to move.

We bought this for our 160 square foot shed to provide heat in the winter and cool in the summer. Since it is winter time, we have not tested the AC component but so far found that pushing the temp gauge up to 80 provided no real heat for the small area. We subsequently brought a separate heater that works great. If you are purchasing for dual temp (heat and cool), I would consider an alternative solution.

Our central air went south, so we bought three of these because it said ac and heat and you could use it year-round. Now after spending over a grand for them and paying two men to install them, we find out there is no heat function! I can’t believe would continue selling these as ac and heat in one. We were offered a $100. which is a joke because now we have to pay the two guys to come and remove them. I doubt we will ever use them again because winter comes fast here. I just checked and is still selling these as a heater/ac combo. Do not buy these if you think you are getting both! Too late for us, but I will keep doing what it takes to be made whole again as it is who is still pushing these as both. We are elderly people and thought we were getting what we paid for. We are not. update- at least is now advertising them as AC and no mention of heat anyway. So that is better at least.

The concept is GREAT but the actual air conditioner individual components are perhaps very cheaply made. Build quality looks okay but The condensate drain pump started making VERY LOUD rattling sound everytime it would kick on, waking us up, multiple times during the night. This COMPLETELY RUINED the fact that otherwise, it is a fairly quiet AC. Was a nightmare to return & they want to charge $60-90 as restocking fee

All I can say is that I am highly disappointed and upset that this is a Wi-Fi enabled unit, but is not enabled. Now, it is been too long and I can¡®t return it which stinks because this unit requires you to download a dedicated app and requests your phone number and/or your private email address to use the WiFi. I bought this unit thinking I purchased an enabled device that I could use through my trusted platform. This is as important to me as how well this unit cools. I refuse to download the dedicated app and I refuse to give my personal information to accompany I have no prior knowledge of or experience with. Another thing I don¡®t like is that the remote is not back lit which means I will have to turn the light on at night to operate the remote control. This couldn¡®t be farther from what I intended, which was voice activation. Installation was not too hard and the air comes out cool so far, but I cannot recommend this item because of the dedicated app. I haven¡®t tried all the settings to see if they work properly, but the only features I really ever use would be the voice control to adjust the temperature or turn on or off the unit (which I will not be able to do). I am upset with myself, for putting this in my cart and for their poor search feature. And I am disappointed with the remote control and very disappointed with the app, so the WiFi capability is completely useless. Although the unlit seems to cool fine so far, I did not get the feature ai most wanted.

Overkill for a small bedroom at our lake house, but it cools most of the back part of the house and it is SO quiet. It is very heavy but piece of cake to install. The wifi setup didn’t match up with the tuya app which kept telling us to hit the reset for 5 seconds till it blinked (which never worked). There was a label at the top of the unit that said not to attempt wifi unless the unit was in standy mode, which also does not exist. Finally figured out that the power button (off) was standby mode and the unit quickly connected to wifi after hitting the timer button for 3 secs as it showed in the manual. If we don’t get a , I might by another one of these next year.

Seems to work very well and is quiet. Instruction booklet isn’t very good. For example, it took me a while to figure out that the remote control superseded the settings on the machine and there was a button that could change that, but I couldn’t figure out how that worked so I ended up taking the batteries out of the remote to disable it. Also, nothing in the product description tells you that you have to empty to condensate pan manually about once a day, which is quick and easy. But it would be better if there was an option to direct the condensate directly to a drain or a larger container.

Sooo I decided to purchase two of these units. I almost bought them last year but they were really expensive. This year the price went down and I have two for the price they were last year. Don¡®t ask me why I bought this brand. I went with my gut which isn¡®t wrong very often. Sooo easy to install. Instructions straightforward. One person installation will work but two is helpful If you need help lifting the unit. I didn¡®t think they were that heavy. I am 69 years old. Anyway, I bought them purely because my regular air conditioners take away so much daylight because of how the sun hits the house. Well no more cave feeling. Wow what a difference. And they are super quiet. No compressor kicking on and off. Just a quiet little breeze and I mean quiet. And it definitely blows the air much stronger than the typical air conditioner. I was really surprised by this. Both are 6,000 BTUs for decent size bedrooms and cool the room fast! I had to turn the temp up because the setting on 69 was freezing. Love the remote too. Simple and includes everything the unit control panel has. I have air conditioner remotes that don¡®t include all the options. Weird! Moving on, we haven¡®t really had the heat and humidity yet. But it is coming Thursday so it will be a good test to see how well it really cools. But if it is anything like what it is been doing on an 80 degree day with no humidity well I am excited to see what it does Thursday. Stay tuned. They look nice, take up about two inches of window space and run quieter than a regular fan. The control panel lights don¡®t go off but do dim after a few seconds while running. Definitely doesn¡®t interfere with sleep at all. Lots of options and also comes with a timer and WiFi connection. I haven¡®t tried the WiFi yet. Obviously it hangs lower inside and outside the window so take that into consideration but overall I like the look and I love all the sunlight that comes In. I can even put small plants in them. I have plants. And it doesn¡®t vibrate so the plants will be happy. These are definitely cheaper (right now) than central air which I will put in at some point but for now I am hoping these will prove to be a worthwhile investment for now until I hit the lottery. Lol!! Iââ¬â¢ll be back to update once I see how they run in 95 degree heat and humility. I live in Connecticut in case you were wondering and our summers are brutal now thanks to climate change!!! We took out our air conditioners out late October last year. Year before was mid September. We also have a whole house attic fan too. But 75-80 degree nights with miserable humidity last summer made the attic fans useless until late October. Those are my thoughts so far. (I know it is a lot). I also don¡®t write reviews either!! Stay tuned for updates. I gave it a 4 out of 5 for now. I saved the boxes just in case . . .

will say the shipper was rough with it. need to comb a few fins .. it was easy to install. the unit has a wifi app to control from device.. it is quiet in comparison to the thirty year old from western auto cooling capacity adequate for the area, seems well built, meets our needs, two months in, making weird noises .

Oddness is that I turn it OFF and then it seems a short time later it makes some noise for about 40 sec as if something is running. Perhaps its some drain pump, or other factor. I dont recall seeing any mention of that in the docs. Caught it on sale (it had zero reviews) The price has gone up since then, so seems a bit overpriced now compared to similar designs.

It is very quiet and cools the room quickly and will turn on and off as needed to keep the room at the temp I want on its own. The first set-up in the window seems complicated but I’m on my third year with this machine and I can do it almost in my sleep now. Other than that I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. I hope they don’t change the quality in the future because they have a winner in this air conditioner.

Update: Season use was great. Until end of October 2024. Tilt for a few seconds to drain water. Why don’t ACs have drain hole at lowest point so when rain stops it drains. PLEASE CHANGE THIS FOR FUTURE MODELS. Removed from window for storage, it took 2 people to safely carry it out of window. It’s being stored in garage. Will update once place it back on in season, May 2025. First review: I took a risk getting this AC because it’s pricey, but convenient and has features that should be standard at this point with all window air conditioning units. I had to take apart window to install because opening was a challenge but we mounted it. Will update as to how many seasons it will be good for. We could see out the window, light gets in. Get extra sealing foam and tape for window I placed it on, the including products were not enough but they did send a good amount. 4 stars because the details on description are lacking. Future descriptions should have the instruction manual pages available so more informed purchases are done.

Works good so far. Not too loud. I have a 46 inch window with a 9 inch deep window sill so it was hard to find an AC that fit. So far this works because I only have to have the window open a few inches. I prefer this type of AC because It seems harder for someone to break.

Doesn’t work anymore after working beautifully last summer
