Would NOT recommend. I have had this unit for 8 months and it does not cool the 200 feet worth of space during the middle of the day when the heat is at its highest. It has been over 90 degrees in my studio apartment because this unit is ONLY blowing room temperature air. I contacted for assistance, they have not responded back after their initial follow up asking me for information I already provided. This tells me they did not even read my initial email. I contacted asurion who will not refund because is under warranty for 12 months. As a result, I have to escalate this to since is a trash company. DO NOT BUY THIS, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. NOT RELIABLE. POOR VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY. SIZE IS DECENT BUT BULKY.

This air unit worked fine for about a week and a half. Then one evening out of nowhere it started smoking and caught fire. My living room dinner table and the wall next to it are chard and my living room stinks like smoke. We have a baby play pin not far from the unit that thank God my daughter wasn’t sleeping in. I’m not sure if it was just defective or if these are cheap knock off. But buyer beware!!

Air conditioner works great. The hose attachment sucks. It’s so difficult to get it in and then it will pop right out when you move it. It doesn’t snap in. So it will pop right out. It needed to be clamped or screwed in or something.

Received the AC the day before. The unit was an open box item which surprised me, although all parts are still in the box. The first problem I noticed was all indicators keep flickering. The second problem is the unit turns itself off after an hour or so(and I’m NOT using the timer function). Otherwise the cooling is okay while it’s working. Emailed the manufacturer. No response yet. Will wait one more day before returning the unit.

This portable air conditioning unit works quickly, and as easy to install! The noise level is high! Maybe if it had a 3 level fan for a low speed for a quieter function.
