I got the 8000 white one. I guess I am the first reviewer unboxing was easy to understand and not so bad. I was confused about the screw thingy at first but I ended up sorta getting it. I waited several hours with it stood up before powering on. It says not to use an extended tube because it messes with the performance but I got one anyways. Overall it is pretty loud but for the price I am not complaining. It gets cold, the romote works so far I am happy. Will be getting a protection plan when I get paid. Even though I am happy on Day 1, i don¡®t get the super study and hard to break impression initially.

This air conditioner is SO QUIET! We live this portable air conditioner for so many reasons. It is quiet, beautiful design, no one knows it is even in the corner of the room! OMG! For the price, and I was taking a risk purchasing it but couldn¡®t resist the cost, it works perfectly. I did a quick quality check, letting it run without hooking up the exhaust to outside window port, and it cooled down my 12ââ?W x 14ââ?L x 10ââ?H room in 10 minutes to 70 degrees F. I was Impressed. Weââ¬â¢ll see how it works out during the long Summer uper hot 🥵 ââ?days and months of Phoenix Summers.

We live in an older home with horizontally sliding windows and our downstairs area was unbearable, until we bought this! It cools our open concept first floor to a consistent 63 degrees. The different features (fan/air/dehumidifier), speeds, temperatures and moving air flow mechanism are superb!

Product is satisfactory. Easy to use and set up. It cools well but the emptying the tank in the humid weather was required more than previous units. This lead to the unit shutting off while I was at work. A bit disappointed.

This 12,000 BTU Unit cools really well. Cools as well as the 12,000 BTU Unit I purchased a month earlier and that’s saying something. Both units work great. I had a minor hiccup with each of them not blowing cold air and the solution was the same for both. I shut them off and let them sit for a bit. then unplugged them from the outlet for 10 minutes, and plugged back in and waited 10 more minutes. Both started right up and I haven’t had any problems since. This unit does not come with a drain hose (I had an extra one) and that was my only complaint.

The window materials feel really cheap and it is mainly meant for windows that open up/down and not side to side windows and I hade to cut some cardboard box and tape it to it to make it fit all the way in the window. And it blows cold air but it feels more like a cold fan, not a cold ac but ig you get what you pay for

This item arrived on my porch with a loose box. Most of the connection components were in the box however, the window slots were missing. The item didn¡®t appear to have been used however it was certainly not new in the box that I received it in. If you decide to purchase, please do with extreme caution. I don¡®t know that I would make the same choice twice.

This thing is terrible. Difficult to set up- you will need a hack saw if you plan to use a regular window. It barely cooled my room down.

Maybe Im the odd one here, but my unit, as of writing this, is working perfectly. No problem at all. It is been running 48 hrs non stop. Not a hiccup at all. Does all it said, and more. Is it energy minded, not at all. It is a beast and sucks down the Juice. It it quiet, no, but it is a all in one unit a few feet from you.. Some might be better, and some worse. It is cost about $5 to run thus far. Blows 50 degree cold air. Shipping was perfect. Arrived fine. For $250, and 12000, or whatever btu. It is a great deal. This may change tomorrow after writing this, but for now is a great deal, performs very well

I purchased this A/C for my disabled mothers bedroom. It worked fine for one summer. This summer I plugged it in and it initially worked for several days then it began to make a strange noise. I turned it off then turned it back on again, it became extremely hot so I unplugged it for safety reasons. Needless to say I will have to replace it.
