Died after 6 months, no heat, no AC. Come to find out this is a product that supposedly comes with a one year warranty. After contacting their support, they were unable to fix it and no longer had that model and the best they would do is offer me $200 for a unit I pad over $400 for. I even asked for a cheaper replacement unit with only AC but they refused. Do not buy this product, do not do business with . Looking at other reviews on the web for these models shows many people having similar problems. It is really bad when you see an item that supposedly comes with a warrantee that they then refuse to honor. From : “this $200 compensation is the final and best solution we are able to offer”

It won’t activate below 50deg, so the heat function is disappointing. I wanted it for occasional use in an unconditioned storage bay. I tested the cooling function once in a conditioned room and once more in its desired location. It seems fine as long as it’s happy. I’d call this design temperamental at best.

1st off, the display is diffrent. It shows heat on the one pictured here but the display is diffrent. 2nd and biggest is THERE IS NOT HEAT ON THIS THING. I bought it becasue it said is was dual cooling/heating and the only thing it does is AC.

The Heater is a Lie no matter what I do to operate it doesn¡®t matter of the temperature it pissed me off this is the second unit that doesn¡®t function on Heat, I paid a lot for both units I called I emailed they don¡®t care or admit the truth very sad

Do not buy this produce. The ac works well but when you switch to heat it keep throwing F8 errors. Really heats well as long as you can get it to WORK!! Real waste of money!!!!!!

I bought it to cool our bedroom which honestly, isn’t that big as it barely fits our california king and old timey mirror/dressor. I’ve had it for nearly 5 months and since no longer hear my wife complaining about being too hot. Its winter season now though so lets see how it holds up! Noise is there but not terrible in my opinion. It cools our room quickly and the set up was pretty easy. I did do some research into these things and the like so I got a hose to connect to the drainage immediately. No problems

It heats well but only was able to use it for 3 hours as it kept shutting off because I had to manually drain it 🥴 which is not useful to me I wouldn¡®t be able to let it heat while at work plus it didn¡®t come with a drainage hose another downside the remote is not lighted unless it was defective so I didn¡®t even use this unit for a day because of the water issue other then that it heats very well not sure about the cooling didn¡®t try it. I really needed it for the heat unfortunately had to return this ac/ heater

Excellent unit that will cool a large room quietly and with comfort. It is also very durable. Depending on your window size, you may have to rework the window flanges.

Working with manufacturer to replace unit or refund. But getting the runnaround. Will not shut off at requested temp. Set for 80 kept running Finley had to turn it off when temperature in the room reached 62. It been over a month no refund or replacement.

A wonderful additon to hot 360 sq ft family room, cooling it effectively within minutes. Older widow set it up herself with the hardest part being removal of protective styrofoam. Be sure to remove bottom support before setting up! Very happy so far with this product and also a great value for the money.

We just turned this on nearly a month into ownership but let me tell you in comparison to the last one I already know it doesn’t have enough cold air push. The juice aint here. The last one was smaller too. It does not push out cold but cool and doesn’t go below 64. This thing is monstrous in size we expected better. I will update my review if a miracle happens. Plus…it is mostly well constructed. It arrived with damage to one of the hose gliders so we will reach out to warranty. Other than that nothing about it feels cheap until you turn it on. Let me give it some time.

I just got this and was able to get it installed and running in less than 10 minutes after unboxing. The only problem that I had was connecting the hoses to the nozzles, which is the reason why I am writing this review. Extend the end of the hose and then screw the nozzle on counterclockwise. No pressure is needed and it will go right on. I am also glad that I brought a pair of exhaust covers. The first thing I noticed was how hot the exhaust hose was. You don’t want to not only cool your room but the exhaust hose too. I just installed it, and it is doing a great job cooling my bedroom And you wouldn’t believe the price I got it for. If it only lasts 2 summers, I’m good.

So far, I will give this three stars because it seems to work very very well. It is very quiet. It is exactly as they claim in the ad description. For the price, this is the best portable AC I have ever had. What I do have a problem with is the display says E7 any time you touch any key or any function. I have tried to contact them manufacturer and the vendor and anyone who can explain to me if this is an error. So far nothing, no response no information there is nothing about this in the manual. I would give this maybe five stars if they would just explain to me what the heck that is about. I am tempted to exchange it or return it if they don¡®t follow up and give me some information.

refusing to help me with warranty. I even specifically asked them ‘are you trying to tell me there is no warranty?’ I told and showed it was sold by and not Fulfill by . I also asked ‘are you saying is not an authorized seller?’ is dodging the question and tells me to contact . I did contact who stated there’s 2 years warranty. There’s very little adjustment possible on the windows kit. You either use the min or max. Min about 2 feet, max 4 feet. If you need something in between, you need to physically cut the extension piece.

It is a decent A/C for the price, however the exhaust assembly is very flimsy. I am going to make one out of wood and replace with better flex hoses. And it is probably better for 400-500 s.f.

Had it for a couple days now, works great! Cools my 350sq ft apartment without issue. Has not tripped a breaker either. Time will tell how this affects my power bill. The fact it is dual hose at this price point is the main deal. My apartment has rats in the walls, so the last thing I want to do is create negative pressure that would draw the foul air from inside the walls into my apartment. Having a intake and exhaust hose maintains neutral pressure, keeping the air in my Apartment fresh. Other cool features are the fact it is a heat pump, and can heat as well as cool. It has a dry function but be aware you do have to drain it occasionally unless you can hook a water drain hose to it. The only issue I had was that the included window mount for the hoses was not compatible with my existing sliding door vent kit I had gotten earlier. I was able to jerry rig a solution that works for me though.

The plastic to fit in window was too long and had to cut with utility knife to fit . The instructions said to twist tube in place that doesn¡®t work that way had to jam in with my fingers and will need to reinforce with duct tape to hold in place . It also didn¡®t come with all the screws . It does cool very well . Just not as easy to assemble as instructions say .

Took about 30 minutes to install, (mostly because the window bars didn’t fit my windows and had to cut the solid bar down to fit the width of my window). Then had to tape up the top, bottom and sides to close the cracks left by the poor fit. Once done and plugged in (after a few hours sitting to make sure freon was stabilized) turned it on and within an hour my living/dining/kitchen room was significently cooler and liveable. Later that night realized that that area was cooler than my bedroom so turned that a/c off and opened the door and the unit cooled that area also. Would have given 5 stars except for the poor fit in the window input/output slides.
