Arrived on time with all pieces. Easy to install. My husband and I installed on second floor room running down to 1st floor. Paid an A/C guy to flare. Bought almost a year ago. Heating and cooling still working. It’s in an extra room that we don’t use all the time. I did buy the extended warranty due to previous ratings.

There is no wifi dongle. offered no resolution other than a return. Not helpful once the unit is installed. Absolutely would not buy

So far been an amazing unit the instructions were spot on easy to follow and understand for installation. Very quiet unit slept like a baby with it running couldn¡®t even hear it. Would highly recommend this unit for the price. Bought the 12k 110v unit wire it in with 14 gauge wire and plugged it into my outside receptacle no issues. Remote is easy to use and had a whole instructional book is for the remote.

Unit was easy to install, worked great for about a year….then it didn’t. Heat no longer comes out warm. Had it checked out by an HVAC , refrigerant is good, no leaks, unit is clean, just no heat. Not able to get product support and troubleshooting is too basic.

Reasonable price, fork spades on both ends of the communication wire, copper is pretty rigid and easy installation flares re-made and was able to pull down to 164 microns.

My daughter loves it! I got it for her birthday to me her travel trailer livable in this summer heat. It takes a lot to install but it is worth the effort!

Works well, but has one major problem, as the unit adjusts temperature, the indoor unit makes creaks, pops, and sudden loud cracking noises as the various components inside expand at different rates due to CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion). Poor engineering in this aspect. Avoid getting if you will be sleeping near the indoor unit! (Note: I am an Engineer)

This is a great unit. It runs without noise and maintains temperature well. I cannot even tell it is running. The remote is easy to use.

The manufacture only sent one box and never the second. We reached out to who sent a replacement unit very quickly. Once the replacement came it was also only the one box and the second one never came. We have this exact unit in our living room and wanted a matching one for our bedroom, this time around we were highly disappointed and frustrated by never receiving the two boxes that it was supposed to come with. Now we will have to return both bulky boxes and go with a different brand.
