This is a excellent mini split. The AC technician who came to hook this up said this unit is very similar to all the other units that he’s installed. I told him the price of $407 and he was quite surprised. The unit works great I use it in my bedroom where it’s over my bed it’s extremely quiet it almost sounds like a small floor fan that you would have on very low speed. I would definitely buy this item again. Another bonus for me is if they are warehoused and shipped out of Ontario, California which is within a couple hundred miles of where I live. 12,000 BTU 21 Sheer Remote and after you download the app you can control the mini split via your phone.

Super easy install. Everything is included. Make sure to get your mounts. Vacumning line is recommended, but not nessacary. I vacumned mine and used a good thread sealer to insure no refridgerant leaks as well.

Unit was simple to install and works good. However it is not AHRI certified. I contacted the supplier to get a copy of the certification so I can get the energy rebate. Was told they don¡®t have it. Very disappointed.

Absolutely a great product at a really good price. It is not too heavy & comes well packaged. I have been using both heating & cooling for about a month and it is working perfectly. It gets really cold! It is also very quite, inside and out. At 1st I thought the outdoor unit compressor wasn’t running, but it was. Do yourself a favor & get the wall bracket kit for the outdoor unit, sold separately, it is worth it. You will need an HVAC expert to install as the evaporator & line set need evacuated & leak checked prior to opening the service valves which releases the refrigerant charge into them. All in all a great system for small areas.

This is my first time using a mini split unit and I must say, it’s one of the best investments I bought for my home. Being as though I live in a lathe and plaster home, with no central ac and radiated heat, summers and cold winters are brutal. It also doesn’t make my energy bill suffer. I installed this unit on the first floor of my house and it performed pretty well. Setup was super easy as well. If you’re struggling to heat and cool your old house with no central units, this will get the job done. I will definitely buy another unit.

Not hard to DIY installation your self. It comes pre charged which is awesome. But you do need know like basic electrical and will need vacuum pump to vacuum the line before opening the value. You will need to do a soap water test to check for leaks also. Over all high recommend. Works great coils and heats. The temperature is in C instead of F so you may have to what temperature to set it on.

After 3 months of use and installation by a professional licensed contractor, there is a green coolant leak in the unit and no longer cooling the room. Now I have green leak below the mini split and wall damage.

I bought this mini split because the description said it was Energy Star rated and needed a 230 volt power. I had an already existing 230v supply line that I intended to use, so that’s what I wanted. I also didn’t see anything saying it was Energy Star rated in the documentation that came with it, which I may need to get a rebate from from my electric company. Me and a buddy experienced in HVAC went forward with the installation, and that went ok initially. The wall template worked well for us, and we had enough line to make our connections, although the control wire length could have been longer. We vacuumed the lines and had no leaks. When we powered it up the outside unit did not come on. Going back over everything we saw that the outside unit was labeled as needing a 115v connection, not 230v. We moved the white wire load line from the breaker to the buss bar at the breaker panel effectively converting our breaker to 115v, and the unit powered up. Not what I wanted, though. Functionally the mini split is heating up the room, although I’m not sure it the thermostat control is working as the room gets warmer than what it is set too. I may not be using the remote properly? I set it to 72, heat and the fan on low, and the temp it the room gets higher than 72. Haven’t tested the cool function yet but don’t have a reason to think it won’t work. I also haven’t tried to get a rebate from the power company, so we’ll have to see how that goes. If you need a 230v mini split better confirm with the seller before purchasing, and if you want Energy Star certified you better ask them for more proof on that, too. For what I paid (less than $500) I’m just going to run it.

The unit has been great. We did have to hire an electrician to install it. Still it saved us money and has been working excellent, causing my daughter is mobile home to actually be cool in the Florida summer and she has heat this winter too. Well worth the extra cost over a window unit.

You can’t contact the manufacturer or product seller on , and customer support doesn’t have a clue about it, and barely speaks English. I tried reaching out to manufacturer from an email I found on , but that went no where either. So if you want a mini split that you can control with the app or , this one isn’t for you! Guess I’m gonna tear it all back down and return it as the listing states i could use it with or their app, and i can’t! Fail

Unfortunately, when the system fails after 1 day (which it worked fabulously), I can only rate it with 1 star. Manufacturer response was slow (clearly located in China, which is ok, but the back and forth made it very difficult to resolve). The issue was an E5 error (indoor to outdoor unit communication). sent a replacement indoor unit, which didn’t fix the problem. Considering that I had to decommision the old unit (recovering refrigerant, etc.), and reinstalling the ‘new’ unit (which was actually NOT new, given the condition of the box it came in), and there was no resolution, the entire experience was certainly not ideal. Most of these units are made by , so the manufacturing quality is not going to be different from each company that white labels these as their own. The difference is in how that company monitors and controls the quality of the product they receive from (presumably) . y has work to do here. Most of the companies go through this (, , etc.). I would go with one of the more established ones that clearly have a better QC system in place.

Very easy insulation and straightforward instructions. All parts that were needed were included. Excited to see the reduction in the electric bill due to switching from regular AC to the mini split. Super quiet while running and does an excellent job of conditioning and cooling the air inside.

It Appears unit was unpackage and sent back. I assume due to finding out it need to be a 220V hook up. Other than that, the instructions were good, however the print could be a little bigger. I called in an electrician for the 220V hook up and an air conditioning man as my lined needed to be shortened. A/c unit works well but doesn’t cool as much as I expected. However, in all fairness to this review my shop is 1200 square feet with 12-foot-high ceilings. With the help of a small obsoleting fan, it does just fine. Overall, I’m very happy with this system. Foot note: I don’t know about the heating part of unit as temp here had been very, very hot. Will know more when weathers gets colder.

This unit arrived in two shipments, and that’s pretty expected with these, but the tracking wasn’t aware of the second one, which was a little alarming. I’m going out of my way to write a review because there currently aren’t any others. I will start out with the good. In all fairness, this looks like a well made product that you can have every expectation that, if it arrives intact, and is installed correctly, will work as intended. However, I ordered the listing that says “Easy DIY Installation, All Accessories Included: Set up with confidence using the included pre-charged line set, drain hose, remote control, and step-by-step installation guide. ” That was mostly true except one very important thing which was my whole reason for ordering. The line set included was the standard flared copper tubing. It wasn’t pre-evacuated or charged with refrigerant. I needed air conditioning and didn’t have time to order a different model so I hooked everything up and went through the time consuming process of drawing a vacuum, and making sure it held and everything else. The install was fairly standard. However, the real problem came when I opened the valves on the condenser to release the refrigerant. There apparently wasn’t any to speak of. I got a feeble little puff but not the expected sound of the lines filling. I knew that was probably a bad sign, but I continued on. When I powered it on, I quickly got the E3 low refrigerant error and powered it off. The outside unit arrived looking like it had been through a war zone and I suspect that it was damaged in shipping in such a way that the refrigerant all escaped in transit, or maybe it wasn’t properly charged at the factory. Either way, I wasn’t going to spend hundreds more getting someone out to charge it only to find out it couldn’t hold vacuum. I suspect that if I had been a little more lucky, I would have a nice cold bedroom right now, but advertising that this has pre-charged lines when they’re shipping what I received is unacceptable. I don’t think the state of the outside unit is their fault, but that misleading information about the pre-charged line set cost me well over $100 buying a vacuum pump and other equipment that I will never have a use for in the future. When I started to uninstall it to return it, I was able to confirm that there wasn’t anything in those lines except for some oil from the condenser.

Currently this is a one star product review. I have installed it and no issues… it cools and heats using the remote….not too sure I still understand how to use its auto function though, but that is no biggy. It is a one star as of now because the the wifi is not working and in the appendix number one states there should be a wifi lite on. Mine is not on and have still tried to do the connection multiple times. I called customer service who gave me phone number and email for support…I called the number and had to leave a message. I have emailed them also with the same issue. Today is 6/19. Iââ¬â¢ll keep this review up to date based on their response. Thank you. Update today 6/23. At 6 am central time I received an email response basically telling me to do everything that the manual already says to do, but they told me to hold the button down for eight seconds to reset Wi-Fi. The manual says to push the button eight times so Ie done both and currently no Wi-Fi connection yet. They have also asked to send pictures of the screenshots of the front of the air conditioner and the phone display the area code which I have resent that email this morningââ?. the email also stated that someone will reach out to reach out to my phone number, so standby and stay tuned. Thank you. Hi all, today is July 4th and all is wonderful. The wifi connection issue has nothing to do with the product. Turns out that the router was configured to only accept connections from certain MAC’s. We changed out the router and perfect connection!!. These units are going into a microgrid container and as stated before they are working perfectly and the installation had no issues and now we can remote monitor. In terms of the customer service. We all get anxious when we can’t get immediate answers but customer service did indeed reply and trust me worked with me to stay on top of getting this resolved without me having to chase. They also answered some other technical questions that we asked since we were trying to do additional things with the control…they perfectly understood the question and answered the questions directly. So personal shout out to Fiona. Will be buying at least three more of these units.
