Have not even owned for one year and now that we setting it up again from last summer , it is not blowing cold air at all . Horrible product. Waste of money .

Blows cold, but not a very large area. About as quiet as the AC in a motel. Easy to set up but the window piece is too big for my window so had to rig it. All in all for how inexpensive it was it is good.

Giving it a 5 star rating because it is a good AC. Only complaints I have is the instructions for the product could be more detailed on what items are for and where they go. Took me hours to install the product. Otherwise ac works great blows ice cold air.

For venting, there are no options other than window or slider. I had improvise to make it work. Would have been helpful to have a thru-the-wall venting attachment.

Absolutely love it, works amazing, easy to set up and good instructions on the AC . It’s very cold air with high flow on low. Worth it but it is very heavy

The unit was easy to put together but the 2 panels weren’t tall enough to fit to the side of the window. My window is a typical size window at 53 inches long . But the 2 panels put together measure 47 inches so I had to stuff a towel at the top . The exhaust hose gets very hot and smelled when it did . It did cool the house once I started putting fans by it to really move the air around . It only has 1 drain down at the bottom but not much water comes out of it making me wonder where all the condensation goes . But it does work

Ie only used it for one day, and it already started beeping because it filled up with water. I didn¡®t realize that even if I am just using the AC settingot the dehumidifierââ¬âit still collects a lot of water that needs to drain through a tube. The problem is, the water won¡®t drain unless the end of the tube is lower than the unit. So now I am looking for a table to elevate it and I guess put the tube out the window ..
