It worked very well for about 5 weeks and now that I can’t return it it is not cooling same room that it was. I have troubleshooted it numerous times. I’m having a difficult time finding support or a replacement.

I received the unit in a timely manner. However, the unit wasn’t cooling at all, did trouble shooting, contacted customer support through email, (no phone #) have yet to hear back. Now I have to repackage and drag a 70pound unit to the store. Will update later when the new one comes! Update: canceled the order completely and I’m going with a completely different set up.

It did not have much for directions. Did not fit in my window well. Hard to mount the hose and to get it to stay. I have tried all the settings to cool. Down room. Gets to maybe 74. If I have 2 other fans running. Very little help when the temp is high. I have a different model that even has heat and it works better then this one. I would only give 2 stars sense it is running.so disappointed.

I ordered my first unit a year ago a couple times of use it burned out my outlet and it own connector. !!! It was kindly replaced I finished summer using the unit and it would bring out cold air then fan like air. .. this is my second summer in use and I am so upset I am dying in this heat and all it does is give a couple seconds of cool air then blows out hot air. I cleaned out filters and reset but no luck !! I am disappointed !!
