refuses to honor the warranty after being ignored by the manufacturer after an air conditioner unit stopped working that I purchased for my grandmother even though the following week was a heat advisory. Just requested a replacement and have been given the runaround .

I am disappointed with this unit. You have to extend the venting as far as possible. I can’t bc of my small room. I needed to turn the thermostat down bvery low to actually feel cool in the room.

Bought this larger unit as smaller ones did not cool as promised. Unfortunately, this unit blows more warm air than cold. Even with ice packs and ice.

This unit cools my whole upstairs fast and efficiently with very low noise levels. Provides reliable cooling with great appearance and excellent mobility that fits in any room. Really good deal for your dollar on a high performing ac unit that can be taken anywhere.

I bought it as a refurbished item. When I bought it I turned it on to make sure it worked but didn’t need it yet because it wasn’t hot enough to need it yet. I ran it about an hour and it worked OK. I started to try to use it the last couple of days. It worked for a few hours and now it just quit. Tries to come on but eventually just sits and buzzes. Now it says I only had 30 days to return it which ended April 4th. Today is April 17th. Total waste of money. I really never even got to use it. It looked new but apparently someone returned it and just resold it to me without properly testing it. Lesson learned.

I do like this, first it my window good and was easy to set up, only thing is, it makes a weird sound every now and then.. but it keeps my room cold!

Nice evaporative cooler.The more ice/cold water you can get in it, the better the cooling power.It’s primarily made of some cheap plastic. It’s very easy to move around due to its light weight and the wheels.Assembly was very easy and took less than a minute.Be careful handling the unit and do not force the parts to fit… cheap plastic, remember?I did have to “fix” the vertical louvers right out of the box (the bottom parts were not in their designated holes) but it was a simple fix.It’s designed for smaller rooms so if you’re trying to cool a large area, it’s not going to work well. That being said, I did test it out in our enclosed patio room. It’s all glass sliding doors on 3 sides and is well above the room size for this unit however, it did drop the temp about 5 degrees. It probably would have been more effective had I used more ice, but it did a decent job. When used in a proper sized room, this should work exceptionally well.It’s powered by plugging it into a standard US outlet. The cord is roughly 8ft long so that does allow for some flexibility in placement without needing an extension cord.Overall, this is a great product and a good value.

If I could give negative stars I would. This air conditioner is garbage. I ordered this thing at the beginning of July. It arrived broken and sounded like a meat grinder when powered on. I asked for a refund. The company said they could only send a replacement. Ok…. The replacement arrived visibly damaged and missing parts. Would not turn on. Now it’s August 15th and still no refund. Still no working air conditioner.

Works good only only problem is if the rooms is completely hot and you have to cool it down fast takes a minute

I got refurbished AC unit. It quickly cooled down the room. White noise louder than expected, but not distracting. I will be ordering another unit for another room this coming summer.

Very easy to set up and it wotks very well. I love it and would recomended any body thats a good portable air condition . Low noise ,cool very well. Better then a window unit.

I am so disappointed in this item especially for the cost.It will not get cold enough that I can use my blanket we have used a 5000btu in this same room and it worked great. I will give it a couple more days and I will have to return it and get a better brand. If it starts working better I will update.
